Description
HWC Engineering is hiring a Senior Traffic Engineer for its Indianapolis office. The role applies senior-level expertise to traffic analysis, corridor studies, and complex traffic modeling; leads planning, work distribution, scheduling, and budgeting for complex traffic engineering projects; oversees technical quality and provides guidance to team members; coordinates with clients and partners; and supports proposal generation. The position requires 5–8 years of transportation or traffic engineering experience, a BS in Civil Engineering or a related field, an EIT, and preferably a PE license and experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation. Flexible work arrangements are offered depending on the position and ability to work from home.
