Description
Wiltshire Council is hiring a Senior Engineer to lead and deliver projects across Traffic Engineering, Public Realm, Casualty Reduction, Active Travel, and Traffic Signals. The role involves stakeholder and professional collaboration, technical decision-making, advice to stakeholders, support for Local Highway Footway Improvement Groups, and mentoring apprentices. Candidates should have expertise in Highway and Traffic Engineering, experience with AutoCAD, KeyLines, or KeySign, and a background in Traffic Regulation Orders and the delivery of Traffic Engineering or Integrated Transport schemes from conception to completion; NEC Contracts and contract management knowledge is desirable. The position pays £41,777–£43,149 per annum for 37 hours per week and follows a hybrid working model.
