The role involves developing project goals, scopes, and budgets; coordinating project teams; providing quality control; delivering client-facing results; pursuing new business; and collaborating with senior leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar field, Professional Engineer status, extensive traffic engineering experience, and strong leadership and client-engagement skills.
