Description

STV is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer/Project Manager to lead traffic engineering projects across North/South Carolina and other U.S. markets. This role involves providing technical services, leading traffic engineering studies, developing PS&E documents, preparing reports, assisting with mentoring, managing tasks, interacting with clients, ensuring quality assurance, verifying compliance with codes, pursuing business development, and participating in proposal development.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Civil Engineering program or related field.
Required Previous Experiences: Registered South Carolina Professional Engineer license.
Experience in traffic engineering must include traffic signal design and timing, illumination, safety analysis, operational analysis, and capacity analysis.
Preferred Qualifications: SC/NCDOT and other City/County experience is preferred.
Active participation in professional society activities encouraged.
