TTEC is hiring a Senior Trainer to work onsite in Tempe, Arizona. The role focuses on onboarding and supporting new hires and employees in a training environment by organizing classes, delivering training, managing logistics, tracking training metrics, and maintaining accurate training data to meet client and company requirements. Candidates need at least one year of experience in training or adult learning programs, one year leading teams to targets, familiarity with remote work settings, strong coaching and facilitation skills, call center understanding, and working knowledge of tools such as MS Office, Oracle, Kronos, or Tandberg.
