Mercado Envíos is seeking a logistics operations professional to monitor operational KPIs, analyze regional station performance, track training and onboarding adherence, manage learning-path projects, and coordinate with operations leaders and stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s or engineering degree, 100% on-site operational experience in logistics, warehouses, e-commerce, or a related field, proficiency with data tools and dashboards, experience with artificial intelligence tools, and availability to travel to or commute to sites in the Chihuahua locality, including occasional night shifts.
