Gallagher Security is hiring a Senior Training & Coordination Manager to lead training strategy and capability development across APAC and IMEA. The role supports regional training teams, guides the Australian training team, develops technical training content, builds stakeholder relationships, monitors industry trends, and uses KPIs to improve training outcomes. Candidates should have Gallagher Security product knowledge, adult learning or technical training experience, practical electrical knowledge, IT knowledge, and experience creating technical documentation.
