The role sets transformation direction, leads account strategy and stakeholder relationships, coaches Transformation Strategists, manages sponsor coalitions and commercial outcomes, and proves measurable business results before expanding the mandate. Candidates should have MBB training and real operating experience, including structured problem solving, transformation delivery, executive judgment, and early-stage working style. The role is remote across the United Kingdom and Europe, with regular customer travel and on-site work.
