Just is hiring a Senior Transition Relationship Manager to manage DB pension scheme transitions from contract negotiations through data cleansing and handover to the implementation team. The role coordinates trustees, administrators, and internal stakeholders; validates transaction data; supports client de-risking; and provides direction to Transition Consultant and Transition Support roles. It is a permanent full-time position based in London or Reigate with a 50% hybrid arrangement, requiring DB pensions or de-risking experience, relationship and project management capability, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
