Michael Baker International is hiring a Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead transportation and roadway projects from proposal development through final delivery in Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role manages project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, risks, and multidisciplinary teams; supports client relationships and business development; provides technical direction and mentorship to engineering staff; and uses OpenRoads Designer and other digital delivery tools. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a Professional Engineer license, at least 15 years of transportation engineering and project management experience, and experience with WisDOT, public-sector clients, and roadway design. The position offers a $140,000 to $200,000 compensation range and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
