Moffatt & Nichol is hiring a Senior Transportation Project Manager for its Chipley office to support the FDOT D3 General Engineering Consultant contract. The role manages active FDOT D3 design projects and serves as a functional manager for FDOT D3 transportation operations, including construction, maintenance, traffic operations, and materials. Responsibilities include preparing scopes of services and long-range estimates, developing conceptual designs, conducting constructability reviews, calculating contract times, and coordinating verification testing. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a Florida professional engineering license, and at least 10 years of experience on state DOT transportation projects; FDOT project experience is preferred. The role is sedentary, involves client interaction, and requires occasional travel.
