Frank Winston Crum Insurance is hiring a full-time Senior Trial Attorney in Clearwater, Florida, to support the Managing Trial Attorney in defending insureds in property, bodily injury, and construction defect claims throughout Florida. The role manages matters from pre-trial through post-trial resolution, develops litigation strategies, handles pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, carrier reporting, and case performance analysis, and maintains cooperation with claims management, staff, and clients. Applicants must have a Juris Doctor degree, be in good standing with the Florida Bar, and have at least seven years of relevant civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
