Preply is hiring a tutor-development leader to define and improve teaching quality across language and non-language subjects. The role leads the pedagogical, content, and assessment strategy for initial tutor training, develops and commissions tutor development programs, analyzes quality metrics, builds video-based and AI-enhanced learning content, and collaborates with product, customer experience, data, and other teams. Candidates need significant tutor-development experience, strong facilitation and communication skills, and familiarity with online training, data tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
