Axon is hiring a Senior UC Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud-based voice infrastructure for emergency 911 systems. The role focuses on SIP routing, call-state management, redundancy, telephony-provider and PSAP integrations, platform architecture, and production reliability, including on-call or incident-response participation. It is a hybrid position requiring four days per week in the Manhattan office and offers a base pay range of $141,000 to $216,600 USD, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
