Description

Concept Plus is hiring a Senior UI/UX Developer for a fully onsite contract in Reston, Virginia, requiring five days per week. The role owns the user experience for Phoenix applications, translating mission workflows and data into intuitive interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, dashboards, and visualizations. The position requires a TS/SCI clearance, at least eight years of relevant experience, and proficiency with JavaScript, React, Python, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, authentication, and Agile development. Preferred qualifications include Oracle APEX, Figma, cloud infrastructure, secure UI practices, and automated testing.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline
Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, product design, or related application development
Experience leading user-centered interface design from discovery through implementation
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and design recommendations
Experience developing production user interfaces with JavaScript, React, and Python
Experience building responsive, accessible, and maintainable web applications
Experience translating workflows and data into information architecture, interaction design, dashboards, and visualizations
Experience with user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and design reviews
Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and authentication services
Experience working in Agile frameworks and participating in Agile ceremonies
Preferred Qualifications: Strong Oracle APEX experience
Proficiency with Figma or comparable prototyping tools
Experience with data-rich applications, dashboards, reporting, and budget-traceability workflows
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, containers, or Kubernetes
Experience with secure UI patterns, privacy, and DevSecOps
Experience with automated front-end testing, design systems, component libraries, and CI/CD
