The Senior Underwriter will manage a renewal book and generate new business for the Charlotte branch, driving profitable growth with assigned agents and brokers across property and casualty lines. The role involves negotiating coverage, terms, and pricing; managing producer and customer relationships; identifying account-rounding opportunities; and collaborating with underwriting, operations, claims, marketing, and home-office teams. Candidates need at least five years of underwriting or related experience, strong risk analysis and pricing skills, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
