Description
The Sr Underwriter will contribute to Chubb Global Casualty’s business plan by producing, underwriting, pricing, quoting, and maintaining new and renewal domestic casualty accounts within an assigned territory. The role also involves cultivating broker and client relationships, participating in product-line projects, and overseeing operational tasks such as file construction, documentation, and self-audit. Required qualifications include a college degree in insurance, business, or a related field or equivalent experience, at least six years of commercial casualty experience or underwriting Fortune 1000 companies, strong communication, negotiation, analytical, sales, and marketing skills, and strategic client relationships; advanced computer skills are preferred.
