Chubb Commercial Insurance is hiring a Core Commercial Property and Casualty Production Underwriter to support its Phoenix branch. The role grows and underwrites a $7M–$8M commercial insurance book focused on middle-market manufacturing, wholesale distribution, professional services, food, business services, real estate, and cultural institutions. Responsibilities include developing distribution-partner relationships, meeting new-business production and profitability goals, managing renewals and retention, cross-selling Chubb products, and coordinating with branch, territory, industry-practice, and home-office personnel. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or greater, at least two years of commercial underwriting experience, strong underwriting and marketing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The disclosed pay range is $102,000–$148,000, with possible discretionary annual incentives.
