Senior Underwriter, Risk and Renewal Strategy at Kaiser Permanente

Highly complex underwriting role responsible for evaluating premium, claims, exposure, and population data; assessing account risk; developing rates, account plans, models, and tools; and making renewal and investment recommendations to support business strategy and financial risk management. The role partners with Sales, Account Management, brokers, consultants, and customers to shape negotiation strategy, communicate underwriting approach, and deliver consultative solutions while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. The position is remote within Kaiser Permanente authorized states, with a primary location in Portland, Oregon, and may require travel to Kaiser Permanente or customer sites.
