The role includes system architecture, performance optimization, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior and mid-level developers. Candidates need at least eight years of professional C++ development experience, expertise in real-time and low-latency systems, multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming, and experience with 24/7 live operations.
