Description
Axle Health is hiring a Senior User Experience Designer to own the full arc of user experience for its AI scheduling and workforce management software. The role partners with product managers and engineers, conducts lightweight user research, designs web and mobile interfaces, maintains a design system, and iterates based on analytics and feedback. Candidates need at least five years of professional UX design experience, advanced Figma proficiency, startup experience, workflow-product experience, cross-functional collaboration, user research skills, and cross-platform design experience.
