The position focuses on public-sector products and services, developing research strategies, conducting ethical user research, translating insights into accessible service design, and supporting the Head of User Research. Responsibilities include mentoring researchers, setting research standards, peer review, stakeholder communication, bid support, and recruiting user researchers. The role requires relevant industry experience, strong leadership, research and analysis skills, inclusive research practice, workshop facilitation, and agile working.
