Description
NXP is hiring a Utilities Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Installation Engineer for its Nijmegen factory. The role operates and monitors industrial installations from the control room, performs routine checks, resolves first-line faults, responds to disruptions, supports emergency operations, and contributes to safety and environmental compliance. It requires an HBO or MBO level 4 qualification in relevant industrial or mechanical engineering fields, relevant experience, Dutch proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills, and flexibility for shifts. The position starts with a one-year contract, offers training and progression opportunities, and provides a five-shift schedule averaging 34.4 hours per week.
