CARIAN is hiring a Senior Distribution Project Manager in Morristown, New Jersey to manage a long-term electric distribution capital program for a major utility client. The role oversees 10–20 distribution and substation projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating scope, schedules, costs, permitting, procurement, contractor bids, pre-construction and progress meetings, on-site work, energization, and project documentation. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field and at least 13 years of electric distribution or substation construction project management experience. The position is full-time, with an initial anticipated engagement of approximately three to six months, and offers an annual salary of $135,000–$190,000; regular full-time employee benefits are not available for this temporary role.
