AKS is hiring a Senior Utility Engineer to lead the planning, design, and delivery of wastewater collection systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities. The role develops project scopes, budgets, and schedules; mentors junior engineers; works with public agencies and utility districts; reviews AutoCAD Civil 3D, SewerCAD, and related work; and may support business development. Candidates need a licensed Professional Engineer status in Oregon or Washington or the ability to obtain it within six months, at least 10 years of wastewater infrastructure design experience, and strong knowledge of wastewater modeling software.
