CXAI is hiring a Senior UX Designer as a contractor to own end-to-end design for its mobile and web applications. The role covers user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, data-heavy visualizations, design systems, usability testing, accessibility, and mentorship of junior designers. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent design experience, at least seven years of mobile and web design experience, strong Figma skills, and experience with design systems and collaborative product work.
