Nacar is hiring a Senior UX Designer for its Barcelona studio to lead end-to-end UX design for a large-scale subscription service for a major technology client. The role owns user flows, interaction patterns, experience structures, UX strategies, and high-quality artifacts while connecting design decisions to revenue, retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value. It requires strong product thinking, business-case communication, subscription or SaaS experience, end-to-end journey design, collaboration with UI designers and project managers, English fluency, and a portfolio demonstrating business impact.
