ADSP is hiring a Senior UX Engineer to bridge UX design and frontend engineering, leading design systems, prototyping, client workshops, accessibility, responsive interfaces, and advanced frontend development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js. The role also includes mentoring developers and designers, presenting UX concepts, and collaborating with stakeholders. Candidates need a relevant degree or portfolio, complex frontend experience, UX discovery experience, Git and frontend-tool proficiency, and knowledge of accessibility, Docker, and Agile practices. The position offers flexible hybrid working from the Shoreditch office, remote work for up to four weeks annually, healthcare, leave, equity, and a development budget.
