HelloFresh is hiring a Senior UX Product Designer, Engagement to lead end-to-end design of loyalty, rewards, referrals, discovery, cooking, and other customer-engagement experiences. The role combines product direction, experimentation, systems thinking, design craft, and cross-functional leadership with AI-native design practices. It is a hybrid position based at HelloFresh’s Toronto headquarters, requiring 4–6+ years of product design experience and offering a CAD 120,000–130,000 annual pay range.
