Description
Avenga is hiring a Senior UX Researcher to join its Workforce Adoption, Change, Experience team and drive user research across its product portfolio. The role is 100% remote from Poland and requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, or product design research, including mixed-methods execution, agile integration, independent project ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, synthesizing behavioral insights, tracking usability metrics, auditing user journeys, and presenting recommendations to product, design, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
