Description
ProMed is hiring a Senior Validation Engineer to own the technical rigor of qualification and validation activities for its cleanroom manufacturing facility, equipment, utilities, and processes. The role develops risk-based validation strategies, authoring and executing performance and process performance qualification studies, cleaning validation programs, and continued process verification; supports regulatory inspections and client audits; leads validation investigations; and mentors junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related scientific discipline, at least five years of validation, equipment qualification, or process engineering experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO environment, and strong statistical, technical-writing, and cross-functional communication skills.
