Serán BioScience is hiring an industry-experienced Validation Engineer, with the Senior Validation Engineer title for candidates with more experience, to support commissioning, qualification, tech transfer, and validation activities for a new commercial manufacturing facility in Bend, Oregon. The role focuses on oral solid dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing and covers equipment, facilities, utilities, process, cleaning, and computerized systems validation under cGMP, FDA, and EU requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least 8 years of quality, validation, or engineering experience in non-sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills. Salary is experience-based and the employer does not sponsor or take over visa sponsorship at this time.
