The role covers validation lifecycle documentation, tech-transfer projects, audits, regulatory remediation, requalification, investigations, and mentorship of junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a life science, engineering, or related technical field and 7–11 years of biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience.
