Description
Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is hiring a Staff-level Sr. Electronics Design and Validation Engineer to develop and validate electronic control units for electric vehicles. The role covers the complete hardware design lifecycle, with a primary focus on electronic hardware verification and validation across infotainment, telematics, ADAS, battery management, and zonal controllers. Responsibilities include defining validation strategies, leading DVP&R and PVP&R activities, coordinating component-level testing, resolving design issues, supporting production launch, and mentoring engineers and technicians. The position requires extensive electronic hardware development and validation experience, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to lead root-cause investigations.
