Celonis is hiring a Senior Value Engineer to lead AI and data-driven business transformation for public-sector customers in the Netherlands. The role combines value selling, stakeholder management, program and project management, process improvement, platform adoption, and strategic expansion, while using AI copilots and partnering with Applied Value Engineers. Candidates need at least five years of experience in value engineering, consulting, or pre-sales, strong enterprise IT and process-improvement expertise, and fluency in English and Dutch.
