Freshworks is hiring a Senior Value Engineer in London to partner with sales account teams on moderate-to-large SaaS deals involving ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and Freddy AI products. The role leads value discovery, builds financial models and ROI/TCO analyses, presents quantified business value to prospects and C-suite stakeholders, and develops value-engineering methodologies. Candidates need at least five years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, financial analysis, equity research, or a related technology discipline, along with strong discovery, communication, collaboration, and project-management skills. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with occasional travel for customer workshops and presentations.
