Celonis is hiring a Senior Value Engineer for its Scale team to serve as a trusted advisor and drive customer adoption, value realization, partner management, renewal risk mitigation, and expansion opportunities across a portfolio of accounts. The role uses AI-powered tools, automated reports, and AI agents to manage high-volume, scalable account activities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Candidates need 3–5 years of programmatic execution experience, broad industry and domain expertise, strong stakeholder management and scaled-engagement experience, a relevant technical or business degree, and native-level German proficiency.
