Description
Celonis is hiring a Senior Value Engineer for its Scale team to serve as a trusted advisor and portfolio manager for customers and partners using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. The role focuses on driving adoption, value realization, expansion opportunities, renewal risk mitigation, partner and customer engagement, and scalable 1:N program management, while using AI agents, copilots, automated reports, and industry briefs to manage a broad portfolio. Candidates need 3–5 years of programmatic execution experience, broad industry and domain expertise, strong stakeholder management, scaled engagement experience, a relevant technical or business degree, and native-level German proficiency.
