Celonis is hiring a Senior Value Engineer for its Scale team to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, driving adoption, value realization, account governance, renewal risk mitigation, and expansion opportunities across a portfolio. The role combines strategic partner management, 1:N program and community engagement, AI-powered account planning and portfolio monitoring, automated value reporting, and stakeholder leadership. Candidates need 3–5 years of programmatic execution experience, broad industry and domain expertise, strong stakeholder management, scaled engagement experience, a relevant technical or business degree, and native-level German proficiency.
