NVIDIA is hiring a Senior SoC/CPU Verification Engineer to verify next-generation CPUs and SoCs with AI capabilities for self-driving cars, gaming consoles, and other automated machines. The role involves verifying micro-architecture and architecture features at unit, subsystem, and full-chip levels, including FPGA and silicon testbenches; collaborating with CPU architects; and working across software simulators and silicon with a full software stack. Candidates should have strong verification fundamentals, proficiency in CPU architecture, coherent fabric designs, Verilog, System Verilog, and debugging, along with at least three years of relevant experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent field.
