MSMIN is hiring a Senior Vibration Analyst to lead condition monitoring and predictive maintenance for rotating equipment at an industrial process plant in the II Region of Antofagasta. The role combines remote vibration analysis with ADASH software and on-site measurement, failure diagnosis, dynamic balancing, laser shaft alignment, technical reporting, and failure-cause analysis. It requires a mechanical or related engineering degree, mandatory ISO 18436-2 Category III or higher certification, at least 15 years of industrial rotating-machinery vibration-analysis experience, and experience with balancing and alignment. The position follows a 5x2 shift from 08:00 to 18:00 and uses a hybrid arrangement with remote work and plant visits.
