BNY is hiring a Senior Vice President, Data Privacy to join its Global Privacy Office in Manchester. The role leads enterprise privacy activities, including privacy incidents, individual rights requests, privacy risk assessments, regulatory change initiatives, privacy technology, and AI-enabled privacy process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree or equivalent education and experience, expertise in financial-services privacy laws and regulations, hands-on experience with AI and privacy technology, strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills, and preferably privacy or AI governance certifications. The position is hybrid, with four days in the office.
