BNY is hiring a Senior Vice President, Employee Data Experience Product Owner to lead the product strategy and execution for its Employee Data Experience. The role will translate the People Data Foundation into a unified experience across Eliza, Oracle, and enterprise data channels; build scalable employee data management capabilities; establish governance, entitlement, privacy, security, lineage, and regulatory controls; and partner with HR, data, engineering, architecture, UX, risk, and executive stakeholders. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts; New York City, New York; or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
