BNY is hiring an ITSM Operations Lead for its Technology team in New York City. The role leads ITSM process governance, incident and critical-event command and control, technology resiliency, application and infrastructure implementation and migration planning, stakeholder coordination, reporting, automation, and complex system issue resolution. It requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience, plus 10–12 years of application or infrastructure experience; financial-services experience is a plus.
