Description
The Senior Vice President, Integrated Care & Coverage Strategy leads Kaiser Permanente’s national Integrated Care and Coverage strategy, market-specific strategies, annual planning, delivery system strategy, business cases, and investment decisions. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Strategy, the role partners with market leadership, Permanente Medical Groups, KPMF, National Health Plan, Finance, and other national functions to align strategy, operating plans, capital plans, and performance outcomes. The SVP also leads and develops a high-performing enterprise-wide strategy team and ensures strategy-to-execution discipline across markets and the national organization.
