The Senior Vice President, Investigations and University Engagement reports to the President and CEO and serves on FLA’s Senior Leadership Team. The role oversees Fair Labor Investigations, including third-party complaints, conflict resolution, investigations through remediation, and engagement with companies, unions, civil society organizations, and the Business Caucus. It also provides strategic direction and supervision for the Collegiate Programs, supports the University Caucus, and oversees learning and training materials. The position is a Level 7 role that can be performed remotely from any location in the United States, with 25% travel for meetings and conferences, and offers a salary range of $155,000 to $175,000 depending on experience.
