The Senior Vice President, Learning & Skills Product Owner will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for learning and skills solutions supporting employee development and talent decisions. The role leads product discovery, AI-enabled personalized learning experiences, cross-functional collaboration across HR, Technology, Data, and business teams, and the delivery of scalable products that improve employee growth, internal mobility, and organizational capability. It is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or New York, New York, and requires a bachelor’s degree, an advanced degree preferred, and 8+ years of product management experience.
