BNY is hiring a Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join its Loans Enablement Platform team in Pune, India, working in a hybrid capacity. The role owns product strategy and the end-to-end product lifecycle, leads discovery and experimentation, uses data and analytics to prioritize the roadmap, drives AI-enabled capabilities, partners with engineering on platform architecture, influences cross-functional stakeholders, and mentors Product Owners. Candidates should have significant financial services or fintech product management experience, agile or scaled agile experience, and a demonstrated record of delivering measurable product outcomes; loans-domain knowledge and experience with data platforms, analytics, or AI-driven products are preferred.
