Description
GCyber is hiring a Senior Virtualization Engineer to serve as the technical lead for a mission-critical federal customer's enterprise virtualization environment in Ft. Meade. The role owns the health, performance, security, and lifecycle management of VMware vSphere and Horizon environments, leads infrastructure modernization and migrations, supports data center operations, troubleshoots complex virtualization and VDI issues, and mentors junior engineers. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification, and at least seven years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience, and is full time onsite with no remote work arrangement.
