Description
Vexterra Group is seeking a Senior Virtualization Engineer to design, deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain VMware and Nutanix virtualization infrastructure for the Air Force District of Washington. The role includes cluster operations, root-cause analysis, migrations, documentation, capacity planning, compliance with DISA STIGs and NIST SP 800-171, and rotational on-call support. Candidates must have substantial infrastructure and virtualization experience, an active DoD security clearance, relevant certifications, and experience in a DoD or defense-contractor environment.
